Material Traceability & Compliance Statement

General Flange & Forge certifies that all materials used in the manufacture of our products are fully traceable throughout every stage of production. Each heat of steel is assigned a unique heat number, which is recorded and maintained through receiving, forging, machining, inspection, and shipment.

Material Test Reports (MTRs) corresponding to each heat number are retained on file and provided to customers upon request or as required by the purchase order. Our traceability procedures ensure full compliance with applicable ASTM, ASME, ANSI, API, and customer-specific specifications.

GFFC maintains strict controls to safeguard the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of traceability documentation. No material is released into production without proper verification of its origin, chemistry, and mechanical properties.
